Mr. Felix Thomas is the founder, president and CEO of Network Security Systems Plus (NSSPlus), LLC, established in 1989. During his 35-year career in IT and Information Security, Mr. Thomas has garnered extensive technical and managerial experience supporting high-profile federal government and commercial customers, as a consultant, thought leader and program/project manager.

Recognized for his vast technical knowledge and expertise in information systems and information assurance, Mr. Thomas has received numerous accolades from customers and business partners.

Mr. Thomas' innovations and contributions to the field include design and implementation of a security risk assessment process for software applications residing on military health information systems, and a data migration measurement instrument for 40 colleges. Additionally, he is an expert in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Thomas earned his bachelor's degree in computer science from the New York Institute of Technology and has worked on his MBA degree from Golden Gate University in California.

Mr. Sadiyq Karim is a subject matter expert in IT network technologies, with more than 12 years of consulting and team leadership experience in state-of-the-art security solutions, system administration and end-user support. He has worked in the Continental U.S. and the Caribbean region.

During his 6-year career at Cisco Systems, he serviced several key commercial accounts, including Fannie Mae, Verisign, and the World Bank Group. Skillfully straddling the technical and sales staff, he established strong relationships with his team's customers. While at Cisco, Mr. Karim was honored multiple times with "Systems Engineer (SE) of the Year" awards. He earned his bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Virginia and is working toward an MBA.

Ms. Kimberly Saxon offers more than 23 years of experience in the IT industry, serving as a subject matter expert and security consultant, providing contract support to both government and corporate organizations. Her primary focus has been on information security, Information Assurance, security training and certification and accreditation for a major NSSPlus customer, the U.S. Military Health System/TRICARE Management Activity and prior to that, for the Defense Message System (DMS).

Ms. Saxon's experience ranges from policy compliance and technical analysis work to project management and leadership. Her exceptional work, coupled with her dedication to customer satisfaction, has been recognized in the form of numerous accolades. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Hood College in Maryland.

Mr. James Pappion brings to NSSPlus more than 30 years of experience in governmental and commercial accounting. During his highly successful Army career, he served as Deputy Director for the Department of Defense's Military Comptrollership School, Chief Budget Officer for United States Army Europe; Team Chief of Personnel Army Appropriation for the Officer of the Chief Army Reserve; Finance and Accounting Officer for Sixth United States Army.

He retired as an Army Lieutenant Colonel after 23 years of distinguished service. Subsequently, Mr. Pappion worked for such major organizations as Lockheed Martin. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from McNeese State University in Louisiana and a Masters in Public Administration, with an emphasis in Comptrollership, from the University of Missouri.

Mr. James Lopez offers more than 13 years of security engineering experience, with a focus on assessing IT infrastructure security using state-of-the-art tools. During his career, he has served high-profile federal and military customers, including working on a Y2K project for the Executive Office/White House and as network and database administrator for the Drug Enforcement Administration/Dept. of Justice and the Naval Space Warfare Command Center.

He also possesses substantial expertise in conducting security risk assessments for the Military Health System/TRICARE Management Activity. His technical innovations include developing an Application Service Provider Electronic Medical Records solution. In the past, Mr. Lopez has held Secret-level security clearances. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Information and Science from the University of Maryland.
